Laube was previously the owner of The Entropy Group, a sales consulting company that specialized in chemical formulation sales and distribution, and water treatment consultation. Prior to his work at The Entropy Group, Laube worked as the vice president of sales and marketing for Plymouth Technology, Inc. He also held leadership positions with Nalco Chemical Company, Clean Harbors Environmental Services, Inc., and OM Group Inc. Laube holds a Bachelor of Science in chemistry from John Carroll University.
