Kroff Materials Reprocessing About Us | Services | Leadership | Contact Us Jim Cipollone General Manager As general manager of Kroff Materials Reprocessing, Inc., Jim Cipollone is responsible for leading a team of talented sales professionals and waste processing and collection personnel who operate the company’s 28,000-square-foot processing and storage facility and DOT-approved collection fleet based in Belcamp, Maryland. Jim previously managed a design, build, operate and maintain (DBOM) oily wastewater facility for Kroff, Inc. at the Severstal NA facility in Sparrows Point, Maryland. Through improved environmental control and operational efficiency gains, the project saved Severstal NA more than $1.5 million annually. Jim’s work as a sales manager in the specialty chemicals market with Kroff Chemical Company, Inc. and Ashland Specialty Chemicals, Inc. included successful cost reduction and environmental compliance projects for NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center, British Petroleum, Honda of America, and General Motors Corporation. Jim holds a BA in Marketing and Management from Marietta College.
